HAPPY MOTHER's DAY
Dear Mom,

When I was 5, I drew you a picture. It was probably a flower or a house, because I remember liking to draw them.

When I was 10, I probably made you somehing in art class, maybe a plate or something made from popsicle sticks.

When I was a teenager, I doubt I made you anything because teenagers are pretty self-absorbed in their friends and social life.

When I turned 20, I probably called to say hello.

When I was 30, I bet that I came to your house for dinner with my 2-year old son.

When I was 40, I was so absorbed in my career that I was probably working that day.

But now that I am "in my 40's", I am returning to the home-made gift. It is a hidden page on my new website blog that is a time-capsule to Sunday, April 9, 2017. On that day, we were together in Scotland and also in Northern England, and we visited a place called Lindisfarm. Here are some photos, and click to play the audio to remember about the history of what you saw, the lighthouses, and the little tiny island where St. Cuthbert chose to live.

Love you mom, and I wish you a wonderful day, every single day,

Dear Mom,

Laura
